MoltenVK Vulkan SDK 1.3.268 (RC1) has been released.

MoltenVK is a Vulkan Portability implementation. It layers a subset of the high-performance, industry-standard Vulkan graphics and compute API over Apple's Metal graphics framework, enabling Vulkan applications to run on macOS, iOS and tvOS.
Merge pull request #2044 from billhollings/vulkan-sdk-1.3.268 Update dependency libraries to match Vulkan SDK 1.3.268.
