Apple has been rumored to be building an iWatch for many months and it looks like October may be when the device launches with a 2.5in screen, wireless charging and a few additional features

From Neowin:
Apple's iWatch has been circling the rumor mill for many months but with each new week, it seems that details emerge to make it a bit more concrete. This time around, Reuters is saying that the iWatch will have a 2.5 inch display, wireless charging and of course will be touch friendly.

Taiwan's Quanta Computer will reportedly be building the device and it is expected to start producing the watch in July ahead of an October release. The source of these rumors said that Apple expects to ship a massive 50 million watches in its first year. If true, that means that Apple is, unsurprisingly, very confident in its watch formula considering that Samsung's attempt has not done so well.
