Apple is revamping its personalized customer service offerings in a bid to increase computer sales. The company on Wednesday split its ProCare program, leaving premium tech support with ProCare and creating an education unit called One to One. Each costs $99 a year. ProCare currently offers personalized education on any topic of interest to the customer. One to One takes it to another level.
