Burst.com has agreed to settle its patent infringement case against Apple, ending nearly two years of litigation. Under the agreement, Apple will have to shell out a one-time payment of US$10 million to Burst in exchange for a non-exclusive license to Burst's patent portfolio that will likely cover Apple's QuickTime, iPod and iTunes solutions.
