t-break posted a review on the Apple MacBook Air 11"
Apple leads- others follow as far as hardware designs are concerned. From the MacBook to the iPhone to the Air and the iPad, we have seen Apple create wonderful designs that other manufacturers have been “inspired” by. And by looking at the latest version of the MacBook Air, I don’t think that is changing any time soon. Available in 11” and 13” models, I received the smaller version from Apple a few days back and am having a hard time putting it down. Packaged very much like other Apple laptops, the MacBook Air comes bundled in a small black box with the power charger and installation media.Apple MacBook Air 11" Review
Specifications wise, the 11” version is based on the 1.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo CPU with 2GB RAM while the 13” version has a 1.83GHz CPU. Both the models have the NVIDIA 320M graphics processor with 256MB of DDR3 SDRAM shared with main memory and Solid State drives- the 11” comes standard with 64GB while the 13” comes with 128GB. Apple has increased the pixel densities on the MacBook Air’s screen with the 11” version sporting a 1366×768 resolution and the 13” a 1400×900 resolution. Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1 are included though I must say that a 3G option would have been nice.
