The new iPod Video come in black or white with a 2.5-inch screen and will be available in a 30GB model for $299 and a 60GB version for $399. The new video/picture/MP3 player hold up to 15,000 songs, 25,000 photos or more than 150 hours of video, according to Apple. The iPod Video also has a battery life of 20 hours, which is several hours longer than previous hard drive-based iPod models. Apple also introduced iTunes 6, the latest version of its digital media download service, adding the ability to download over 2,000 music videos and 6 short movies made by Pixar Animation Studios, all for $1.99 apiece. Some other new features of iTunes include the capability to give downloads to other users as gifts, view and author reviews of various downloads, and a beta version of "Just For You" a service designed to suggest songs or videos based on a person's previous buying habits. Apple launched iTunes 5 only five weeks prior to launching iTunes 6.
