Apple is expected to hold an invitation-only event on Tuesday 22 October where the company is expected to reveal updates to its iPad line-up as well as the new Mac Pro and OS X Mavericks

According to a report on All Things Digital the fifth generation iPad is expected to feature a thinner, lighter design akin to the iPad mini as well as a new camera.

It will also run Apple’s new 64-bit A7 chip.
