Apple must now change its billing practices to stop allowing purchases within a 15-minute window after entering a password. Apple must now also refund all those affected by this, meaning it must pay at least $32.5m. “Apple must make these refunds promptly, upon request from an account holder. Apple is required to give notice of the availability of refunds to all consumers charged for in-app charges with instructions on how to obtain a refund for unauthorised purchases by kids.” the FTC said.
