Hardware.Info published a review on the Apple 15-inch MacBook Pro Retina (2013)

The arrival of Intel's Haswell generation of processors led Apple to update its magnificent MacBook Pro. It looks the same, but the hardware inside has been entirely overhauled.

Today we'll take a closer look at the 15-inch version of the MacBook Pro Retina, the bigger sibling of the 13-inch model. The screen measures exactly 15.4 inches which is a little more square than most Windows laptops, the aspect ratio being 16:10 instead of 16:9. It has a resolution of 2880x1800 pixels which is very sharp, especially in Mac OS X where the screen scales really well. Menu bars remain big enough, and the extra detail is used for displaying sharp photos or videos in apps. For more on this, please read our earlier review of the MacBook Pro Retina.
