It appears this is just a rumor: Sources: AOL not bidding for Red Hat
What a relief! I was having nightmares about AOL spreading to othe r OS's. Yuck... Wonder if they would have dumped all the key files into their own folders, and then when you uninstalled their browser, your machines wouldn't work right...
