I hope this doesn't upset the mod. The was the most appropiate forum I could find for this. I want to advertise my new tech site I just started up. Right now it is really nothing, but in a few weeks it will be moving along.

So do you all think this will be successful? I think when it finally gets ported to windows I will use it. You have a guarantee of quality and of download speed plus the ability to preview. I don't download all that much anymore but I think I will use it when I do.

I don't know if you all have seen this or not but a Federal Judge ruled that software companies who provide file sharing apps are not responsible for illegally trading of copyright material. This is a huge blow to the music industry.

I am looking for a sub $200 flash mp3 player with at lest 256 MB memory. Does anyone have one that they can recommend? I am considering the iRiver IFP-190T but it hasn't sold me yet. The only place that I have found reviews of a large number of mp3 players is on CNET.

Well it's Monday here downunder and a very nice one indeed, but last night was cold. Went to Church Sunday AM with our minister who's 2 cans short of a six-pack. Best part is we have heaps of public holidays around this time.

That charger is pretty sweet - I would like to see it for real. It's weird, but I always have to wait on my judgement of a car until I see it myself. Some cars that looked beautiful in photos I ended up hating, and others that were so-so become awesome when viewed in person.

I remember being on the BBSs and some of them would have text internet and Gopher. This was back in 1990, or earlier, i think. I was on AOL since 1. 0 (still have the floppy disk today)connecting @ 2400bps.
